Services can be paid for by private pay and insurance. For patients with other insurance providers, billing statements can be provided upon request to serve as proof of services, which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Insurance accepted: Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and United Health Care.

Sliding scale for services is available if needed and will be discussed prior to services being provided.
